For many years now I have said, "Now is a great time to buy real estate." I think it is true now more than ever. Interest rates are down, prices are good, inventory is plentiful, and demand is increasing steadily. This all means we are poised for a "bull" market, that is, a time when values will increase and inventory will decrease. Now really is a great time to buy. And with demand up, it is a great time to sell too. I specialize in areas from North Seattle to Burien and in the general surrounding areas. Living in Seattle all my life, and having more than two decades of real estate experience, I am very familiar with most neighborhoods. I would be more than happy to meet you in your neighborhood.
